Places Associates, Inc. works with architects to provide the engineering, surveying, and landscape architecture designs for public projects. As part of the design team, our staff has been involved with schools, fire stations, police stations, and town hall and library projects from the earliest stage of planning to approval of final as-built plans.

Places offers a broad range of specific services including initial site feasibility analysis and presentations to building committees; preparation of full design plans including existing conditions, layout, grading, utilities, drainage, erosion control and construction details; permitting processes with local, state and federal agencies; preparation of specifications for bid documents; construction layout; and construction administration including approval of materials and shop drawings, project changes, and as-built (record) plan preparations.
